Reena Roy quit films and married Pakistani cricketer Mohsin Khan in 1983. Reena and Mohsin have a daughter named Jannat. Things didn't work out between the couple and Reena initially lost custody of their daughter Jannat in the divorce. However, after her ex-husband Mohsin Khan re-married, Reena regained custody of her daughter Jannat and re-named her Sanam.
