Akshay Kumar's wish to have a girl child is granted. His wife Twinkle Khanna gave birth to a daughter on Tuesday morning. Twinkle reportedly delivered at Breach Candy Hospital in south Bombay.
Akshay Kumar, who became a father for the second time Tuesday (He has a son named Aarav >>), says his newborn daughter resembles his wife Twinkle. "We are blessed with a lovely baby girl who looks just like her mother and grandmother. I have no words to express my happiness. I would like to thank everyone for their blessings and best wishes," Akshay Kumar said in a statement.

According to reports, it was a normal delivery and both mother and daughter are doing fine. Khiladi Kumar reportedly rushed home from Jaipur last evening, where he was promoting his film Oh My God, to be with Twinkle who had gone into labour.
