Come on Rohit! Rohit Dhawan will make his directorial debut in Come on Pappu , which was to be directed by his father David Dhawan’s son Rohit is all set to follow his father’s footsteps. He will be directing a film for Percept Picture Company in August next year. The film titled Come on Pappu will feature Akshay Kumar. Incidentally, the film was to be initially directed by D a v i d Dhawan. Our source i n f o r m s , “David and S h a i l e n d r a Singh of Percept had done a lot of research. Last year, they had even visited studios in London for finalising the special effects for the film. The chimp, which will play the role of Pappu, has also been finalised long ago. Come on Pappu will be made on a budget of Rs 90 crore and will feature top stars from Bollywood. Akshay Kumar has already been finalised for one of the roles.
