Govinda's daughter, Narmada, underwent a third facial surgery yesterday. (She had met with an accident about two-and-a-half years ago) Yesterday, Govinda's 20-year-old daughter Narmada underwent a major facial surgery in Mumbai. Narmada, with her brother Yashvardhan and mother Sunita, had met with a serious accident in August 2005 when their vehicle collided with a truck on their way to Ajmer Sharif. This was Narmada's third surgery. When contacted, Govinda confirmed that Narmada had undergone a facial surgery. He spoke to us from the hospital yesterday. He said, "I am in the hospital (name of hospital withheld by request) now. Nammo has just come out of the operation theatre. It was a major surgery and lasted for two-and-half hours. This was her third surgery but thankfully, the last one. She is fit and fine now." Bachchan, who watched Aamir Khan's new production, said that he loved the film, especially Prateik Babbar's cameo in the film. Prateik, the son of Smita Patil and Raj Babbar, made Bachchan nostalgic and took him down memory lane. 'Prateik, Smita Patil's son was so impressive in a small but significant role,' Bachchan wrote in his blog. "His face is so much like his mother's. It brought back all our memories of working together in Shakti and Namak Halal and all her fears of working in commercial escapist cinema.'
