After spending a week in Seven Hills hospital, in northeast Mumbai where she gave birth to a baby girl, Aishwarya Rai got discharged. As Aishwarya made her way out, she was accompanied by her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan, her parents, and of course, her baby daughter. An excited Abhishek was also present (not seen in the picture below). Abhishek drove the family car to their home, Jalsa, in Juhu. His sister Shweta Nanda, who had been making quite a few trips to the hospital when Ash was admitted, was probably at home to welcome the baby into the house.
