Aditya Panscholi's son Sooraj Panscholi has been charged with abetment of suicide of 'Nishabd' actress Jiah Khan yesterday (Jan 22, 2014) at Andheri Court. The case will now move to the sessions court Jiah Khan, known for her role in 'Nishabd', was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her Juhu residence on June 3. Subsequent investigations revealed that Jiah Khan had allegedly penned a six-page letter that dwelt on her relationship with Sooraj Panscholi. This led to Sooraj’s arrest on June 10. The latest development in the case is that the aspiring actor has been charged with abetment of suicide in this case. A written complaint alleged that Boman Irani’s Son Danesh Iran promoted and propagated the scheme along with Boman Irani. Danesh Irani, Boman Irani's son, has been accused of being involved in a 425 crore scam allegedly spearheaded by a multi-level marketing firm QNet, in which he earned a "substantial amount of money", a senior Mumbai police official has said. Complainant Gurupreet Singh Anand, who had filed an FIR against the QNet in August last year, today approached the probing agency, Mumbai Police's Economic Offences Wing (EOW), with a two-page complaint giving the details of alleged links of Danesh, the son of Bollywood actor Boman Irani, with the scheme.
