He has been a star since the day he was born. As Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s son Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi turns one in a couple of days, it is celebrating a year of instant virality, cute as button photos and a stray tantrum as cameras went crazy. For Taimur’s birthday party on Wednesday – which will be strictly personal, by the way – preps are on in a big way.
While Kareena and Saif are in Pataudi, her sister Karisma also reached there over the weekend. She was accompanied by her children, Kiaan and Samaira. And it is thanks to her that we got a feel of the mood of the venue, Pataudi Palace. The home of Saif and his family has been illuminated keeping the upcoming birthday celebrations in mind.

Revealing the plans for Taimur’s birthday, Karisma had said earlier, “Yes, Taimur’s birthday is arriving and it is a special moment for us. The family is really very excited and thrilled about the same. We will have a family get together of sorts, and will not be having a big celebration.”
Later, Kareena also confirmed this, “It’s going to be a family affair and not a big Bollywood party like how everyone sees it. It’s his first birthday and he should be with his family- his parents and his grandparents. It’s going to be a small intimate thing.”
According to reports, other than Karisma, Malaika Arora Khan, Amrita Arora, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu and Karan Johar will be present for Taimur’s birthday celebrations.
