Bollywood actor Jiah Khan has been found dead at her home in Mumbai. The body of the 25-year-old Jiah Khan was found hanged in her apartment by her mother in Mumbai's Juhu neighbourhood late on Monday (3rd June 2013).
Jiah was dating Aditya Pancholi's son Sooraj Pancholi, who is being questioned by the Mumbai police in Juhu in connection with the actress's death. Reportedly, Jiah's last call was to Sooraj.

Sooraj had visited her house around 9.30 pm on Monday night. They exchanged calls between 10.35 pm and 11.00 pm, sources said. She committed suicide within minutes of their last phone conversation.

The Nishabd actress committed suicide by hanging herself at her Juhu residence on Monday night. According to the police, Jiah ended her life at about 11 pm but did not leave any suicide note. Her mother Rabiya Amin, an actress in the 1980s was seen in the Tahir Hussain movie 'Dulha Bikta Hai'.
The Times of India reported that her maid, watchman and neighbours were being questioned by police to find out her last visitors. The newspaper quoted police sources as saying the incident happened at about 11pm and no suicide note was found. The body has been sent to a local hospital for a postmortem.
